Challenge: Priore Photography was looking to have a web presence created that would match their corporate image (Brochure, Business Cards, and Logo also created by AHS Systems). The site should convey the message of execellence that they present through the high quality of their work.

Solution: AHS began this project by basing the design around the newly established corporate identity (logo and branding strategy also created by AHS). Along with a clean, professional design, came dynamically controlled content provided by AHS' RIP System content management solution.

Client: New York State Occupational Therapy Association

Challenge: NYSOTA is a New York State Association. Their need was to establish a new website that would both convey the image of the organization, while providing usable functionality to both the 1100+ members and those managing the site's content, which would be updated frequently.

Solution: AHS began this project by establishing a design that would feature imagery supporting the focus of the organization - occupational therapy. The site was devided into two distinct sections - members and non-members - which allowed for each section of the site to focus content specific to its visitor type. Navigation throughout the site was simplified by the use of a menu system. The content itself is dynamically driven, and maintained by a custom content management system.

Client: The Kissling Interests

Challenge: The Kissling Interests, LLC. is one of the Buffalo area's largest and most successful property management companies. They approached AHS Systems with a need for a website that would convey the strength of their reputation, and excellence in service and satisfaction that they are known for. Their existing website was dated in appearance, inconsistent in layout and generally not indicative of the reputation of the organization. It was also a static html website, and they were greatly in need of a robust content management capability.

Solution: AHS created an original design that is as easy on the eyes as it is to navigate. The homepage quickly identifies the nature of the organization by utilizing large images of their property. The Kissling logo was placed front and center in an effort to convey confidence and strength. We added some additional visual excitement by adding a mouse-over effect to the links that affect the logo. The content itself is dynamically driven, and maintained by a custom content management system. The database was developed in SQL server, to accommodate the large number of visitors the site receives.

Client: ABC Therapeutics

Challenge: ABC Therapeutics is a locally owned and operated occupational therapy service, that has been steadily expanding. As they have expanded physically, adding a new location in 2003, they have also found a need to update their corporate identity, in an effort to keep pace with their new found growth and expanding client base.

ABC Therapeutics approached AHS Systems looking for a solution that would address two completely different client bases. ABC Therapeutics maintains two locations, the first providing pediatric therapy services, and the second catering to hand injury therapy. Because of this, there needed to be a two-fold solution, each which would cater to the need of the two different client bases; however, all of this needed to be done on a limited budget. Despite budget constraints, the website still needed to be full featured, with functionality and features often found only in much more costly websites. Finally the site needed to convey the sense of excellence that has become associated with the ABC Therapeutics reputation.

Solution: AHS Systems created two separate website designs, each of which targeted a specific type of client. The first catered to the pediatric customer, using "child-like" imagery and colors; while the second was designed to appeal to an adult client base, with a more graphically dramatic appearance in both design and color scheme. Both designs were based on the corporate branding strategy that was also designed by AHS (included Logos, Letterhead, and business cards).

In order to tie it all together, an intro page was designed to create a portal that would allow the visitor to quickly identify which of the two sites would suit their needs. Due to the limited budget that was allotted to this project, a custom application could not be developed. Instead we used one of our "CustomFit"TM ready-to-go website packages, which includes a fully dynamic content management system. The system was simply integrated into the custom design, in effect creating what appears to be a completely custom website solution.

Client: Debt Outlet

Challenge: This job presented AHS Systems with a new challenge - integration of new features, with an existing website that had not been created by AHS. The site was an online auction for sales of various debt portfolios, and it was in great need of "sprucing up". The owner of the site was looking for something to grab peoples attention, and a place to provide more information about the site to new visitors. The existing site basically threw visitors straight into the auction, without first familiarizing them with the purpose of the site.

Solution: In order to meet the "grab peoples attention" requirement, AHS Systems created an upscale flash introduction complete with a custom audio composition, created by our in-house composer and audio engineer. In order to meet the second requirement, AHS created an introductory section, which appears before the actual auction site; offering visitors an opportunity to learn about the site's offerings, before diving into the auctions. This section also gives debtoutlet.com an opportunity to provide the visitors with news and information about the latest developments on the site.

Client: Chaffee-Ward Corporation

Challenge: Chaffee-Ward Corporation approached AHS Systems with a need to create their first presence on the web. Already a well established company, in business for over 40 years, they needed a website that would convey the high level of professionalism that chaffee-ward is known for throughout the water cleaning industry. It needed to be both "user-friendly," and "owner-friendly" or easy to maintain.

Solution: AHS Systems created a completely custom website, which was easy to navigate and find information; as well as, a very user friendly searchable product inventory. This design was based on the updated corporate identity/logo that was also designed by AHS.

Client: Employee Resources, Inc.

Challenge: Employee Resources came to AHS Systems looking for a full replacement of their previous website. As an EAP provider, Employee Resources often deals with individuals suffering from depression, alcoholism, or other stressful life situations. Their old website was dark and cold feeling, which was exactly the opposite of the image they, as a company, were trying to convey. They needed the site to be bright and cheerful, offering a feeling of warmth and welcoming.

Finally their old site had no content management capabilities, and the client was unable to update it without contacting their original development company. They needed to be able to update content from in-house, easily, and frequently.

Solution: AHS Systems approached this job by first analyzing their current website, and determining that there were two distinct target audiences - employees and employers. The entire site was built with this concept in mind, and so content was divided into two separate sections, making it much easier for the target audience to navigate the site. The bright rainbow of colors were used throughout the site, in an effort to make a more warm and welcoming site to visit.

To address the content management issues AHS created a custom content management system, and developed the site dynamically. Employee Resources can now easily maintain all the content within their website.

Client: Karlamar Associates, LLC.

Challenge: Karlamar Associates approached AHS to examine the look and feel of their existing website, and to assess the message and impact it had on their customers. AHS was to establish a new visual concept for the site, which would present the customer with a high level of professionalism and a strong visual message of who Karlamar Associates is. The new concept also had to be user friendly, and integrate well with the existing .asp based dynamic structure that was already in place.

Solution: AHS Systems established a new visual concept, which focused on bold photographic imagery to help make its point. The images were carefully chosen to reflect the content or message of each portion of the site. The concept was also designed to easily integrate with the existing .asp data structure, and a menu system was created to help organize and ease content navigation.
